Ingredients


durum wheat spaghetti 250 g
chili pepper 3 pcs
peeled tomatoes in their own juice 250 g
fillet of lightly salted sprat (anchovies in the original) 10 g
olive oil 100 g
garlic 4 cloves
lemon 1 pc
vodka 50 g
hard cheese (originally parmesan) 100 g
parsley 20 g
salt to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

Step 2

Prepare the spicy Arabiata sauce (Arrabiata). Fry the chopped garlic in olive oil. Then add the peeled halves of the chili peppers and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the lemon zest, pour in the vodka and set on fire. Once the fire has died down, add the anchovy fillets and tomatoes and stir-fry for a minute.

Step 3

Then combine the sauce with the spaghetti, add half of the grated cheese, lemon juice to taste, chopped parsley and salt.

Step 4

Serve the pasta sprinkled with ground pepper and the remaining cheese.
