On our Sunday fall menu, the first stroke on the canvas will be the Waldorf Salad from Jamie Oliver's recipe.

| lemon 1 pc |
| roasted walnuts 60 g |
| mustard (not spicy) 1 tsp. |
| classic yogurt 250 ml |
| celery stalk 2 pcs |
| sweet-sour apple 1 pc |
| Romaine lettuce 100 g |
| olive oil |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| tarragon |
Step 1
Sprinkle the grapes with lemon zest, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 2
For the dressing, combine the yogurt, mustard, tarragon, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir!
Step 3
Slice the celery and apple, drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 4
Put torn salad leaves, celery and apple in a plate, add cooled baked grapes.
Step 5
Pour the salad with the dressing and sprinkle with nuts. Bon appetit!
