Jamie Oliver's Waldorf salad recipe

On our Sunday fall menu, the first stroke on the canvas will be the Waldorf Salad from Jamie Oliver's recipe.

Ingredients


red grapes 100 g
lemon 1 pc
roasted walnuts 60 g
mustard (not spicy) 1 tsp.
classic yogurt 250 ml
celery stalk 2 pcs
sweet-sour apple 1 pc
Romaine lettuce 100 g
olive oil
salt
black pepper
tarragon

Instructions


Step 1

Sprinkle the grapes with lemon zest, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 2

For the dressing, combine the yogurt, mustard, tarragon, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir!

Step 3

Slice the celery and apple, drizzle with lemon juice.

Step 4

Put torn salad leaves, celery and apple in a plate, add cooled baked grapes.

Step 5

Pour the salad with the dressing and sprinkle with nuts. Bon appetit!
