Dasha found this recipe in Jamie Oliver's book and in the course of her creative experiment she changed it a bit. It is so delicious and looks so amazing that I want to share this discovery with everyone.
cocoa 3 tbsp. |
sugar 200 g |
butter 200 g |
eggs 3 pcs |
flour 200 g |
leavening agent 1 tbsp. |
almond flakes a handful |
FILLING: |
cream 200 g |
A handful of your favorite fruit (kiwi, strawberries and banana are best) |
GLAZURE: |
butter 100 g |
dark chocolate (at least 70%) 100 g |
powdered sugar 100 g |
milk 3 tbsp. |
Step 1
Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa into a bowl. Beat the butter with the sugar and eggs. Mix with the sifted ingredients, add the cereal and gently knead the dough. Divide the resulting mixture into two parts, so that there are two crusts. Grease a baking mold with oil, sprinkle with flour and pour the dough. For this cake it is better to use a not very wide mold (diameter approximately 25 cm).
Step 2
Whip the cream to a thick foam. Cut the fruit into large pieces. Place the fruit on the ready, cooled crust, top with the cream. Cover with the second cake, press down a little so that the cream is evenly distributed. If necessary, trim the edges with a knife.
Step 3
For the glaze, melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath. Stir the mixture with a whisk and add the powdered sugar and milk. Pour the resulting glaze over the cake. Put in a cool place for 3-4 hours. Decorate with almond flakes or mint.
