Why buy store-bought breakfast breads and snacks when you can bake them at home? That's why we have prepared for you a wonderful and, most importantly, incredibly easy recipe for oatmeal breads with cheese. Bake and serve for breakfast - with cheese, vegetables or meat.

Ingredients


vegetable-cream mixture 100 g
rolled oats 150 g
flour 100 g
hard cheese 50 g
milk 50 ml
egg yolks 2 pcs
salt
pepper
cottage cheese
raspberries

Instructions


Step 1

Mix flour, baking powder, oats and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Add the grated vegetable and cream mixture and the egg yolks. Knead the dough.

Step 3

Gradually pour in the milk to make an elastic dough. Cover with clingfilm and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Roll out on parchment paper and cut into squares or triangles. Place on a baking tray, sprinkle lightly with water and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C.

Step 5

Serve the breads for breakfast - with cottage cheese, fruit or cheese.
