This recipe combines all the ingredients of a perfect breakfast: oatmeal, egg, cottage cheese and berries. The result is delicious oatmeal pancakes with blueberry "eyes"

kefir 100 ml |

Step 1
Grind oat flakes in a blender, add cottage cheese, kefir and eggs. Mix everything and add blueberries. Leave the dough for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Fry the fritters in vegetable oil. It is better to fry on a non-stick frying pan, on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side and under a lid.
