Turkey fillet with Tuscan white beans and fresh basil sauce
turkey fillets (200 g each) 2 pieces |
white beans (large) 200 g |
garlic 5 cloves |
green basil leaves 30 g |
olive oil 60 ml |
paprika 1 tsp. |
dried garlic 1 tsp. |
Italian herbs 1 tsp. |
sage 1 tsp. |
salt, black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Pour boiling water overnight over the beans, add salt, garlic, sage and cook at minimum temperature for 50 minutes.
Step 2
Combine paprika, Italian herbs, dried garlic, salt, black pepper, and half of the olive oil in a bowl. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Coat the turkey fillets well in the mixture, place them in a mold, and bake at 80 degrees for 45 minutes.
Step 4
For the sauce, combine the basil leaves, cooked garlic, remaining olive oil, salt and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Serve the beans with the turkey and sauce. Enjoy!
