Juicy and flavorful pork bat on the bone with lemon and spices with Tuscan beans

TUSCAN BEANS: |
white beans (large) 200 g |
boiling water 1 liter |
garlic 3 cloves |
olive oil 2 tbsp. |
sage 1/4 tsp. |
salt to taste |
Step 1
Soak the beans in cold water for 8 hours. After 8 hours, drain the water and put the beans in a saucepan. Add the crushed garlic, sage and salt. Pour in the boiling water and cook the beans under a lid on low heat for 1 hour. Then dress with olive oil.
Step 2
Prepare the meat. Fry the crushed garlic and bay leaf in olive oil, transfer to a plate. In the same oil, fry the slices of half a lemon and transfer to a plate. Then fry the salt and peppered pork beats for 3-4 minutes on each side in the same oil. Drizzle with lemon juice, add Italian herbs, fried lemon slices, garlic and bay leaf. Reduce the heat and roast the meat for another 7-8 minutes.
Step 3
Serve with the Tuscan beans. Enjoy!
