tomatoes (ripe) 3-4 pcs.
orange sweet pepper 1 pc
garlic 1 pc
stale white bread 2 slices
hard cheese
basil
olive oil
sugar
salt
black pepper

Instructions


Step 1

Peel the vegetables and cut into large slices. It is better to leave the garlic peeled (so it will not burn).

Step 2

Place the vegetables on a baking tray, sprinkle with pepper, salt and olive oil. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 220 C.

Step 3

Peel the tomatoes, peppers and garlic. Blend the vegetables in a blender with the basil, a pinch of sugar and slices of stale bread.

Step 4

Pour the soup into a pot, put a piece of bread on top (as a lid) and sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Cover with a lid and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
