| pelati tomatoes 600 g | 
| chicken broth 700 ml | 
| onions 120 g | 
| garlic 5 cloves | 
| butter 60 g | 
| olive oil 30 ml | 
| flour 1 tbsp. | 
| ginger (coarsely grated) 40 g | 
| TO TASTE: | 
| salt | 
| sugar | 
| black and red pepper | 
| oregano | 
| dried basil | 
| dried ground celery | 
| zira | 
| coriander | 
Step 1
Chop the garlic and onion. Fry in a mixture of olive oil and butter until browned.
Step 2
Add the flour and ginger alternately and fry for a minute each.
Step 3
Put in the pelati tomatoes, pour in the hot broth, add sugar, salt and spices. Stir.
Step 4
Cook the soup at medium temperature with the lid ajar for 12-15 minutes, then beat with a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
