Spicy thick and hearty tomato soup with chicken and couscous

Ingredients


chicken thighs 0.5 kg
skinned tomatoes 300 g
tomato paste 30 g
ajika 30 g
couscous 60 g
boiling water 2 liters
onion 120 g
garlic 3 cloves
vegetable oil 30 ml
parsley 15 g
TO TASTE:
salt
sugar
black pepper
paprika
zira

Instructions


Step 1

Cut the meat into large chunks, fry in oil and transfer to the pot.

Step 2

Then fry the chopped garlic and onion. Add tomato paste, ajika, zira, paprika and black pepper. Fry for one minute and combine with the meat.

Step 3

Add salt, sugar, pour boiling water, put tomatoes cut into slices and simmer the soup for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Then pour in the couscous and let the soup stand for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Serve with chopped greens. Bon appetit!
