| tomato juice 1.5 liters |
| white canned beans 1/2 can |
| canned red beans 1/2 can |
| pasta 4 large handfuls |
| Parmesan cheese 50 g |
| onion (small) 1 |
| garlic 1-2 cloves |
| olive oil |
| dried Italian herbs |
| salt |
| black pepper |
Step 1
Peel and chop onion and garlic. Rinse the beans from the cans under running water. Boil your favorite pasta until half-cooked.
Step 2
Heat a small amount of olive oil in a saucepan, fry the onion and garlic. Make sure the garlic does not burn.
Step 3
Pour the tomato juice into the pan with the onion and garlic and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Add white and red beans and pasta to the soup and allow all ingredients to warm through.
Step 5
Season the tomato soup with grated parmesan, dried herbs, black pepper and salt.
