Step 1
It's pretty easy to prepare. First, you need to mix oatmeal with 1/3 cup of milk at room temperature. The remaining milk, whisk with egg until frothy, add sugar, whisk again.

Beat oat flakes with milk, add eggs and sugar, a tablespoon of flour and beat everything again. Finally, after, add the baking soda.
Step 3
Leave it all for at least 40 minutes, while you can do your own thing. Afterwards, stir the mixture with a large spoon until homogeneous.
Step 4
Fry on a heated skillet until bubbles appear, then turn and fry for another 8-10 seconds. For the first batch, grease the pan with oil, and fry the rest without anything.
Step 5
Ideal to serve still warm, of course with feta as an appetizer!
