The classic dish of Foggy Albion - original and flavorful Kedgeree (rice with smoked fish, crab sticks and egg)

| smoked white fish 200 g |
| crab sticks 100 g |
| hard-boiled eggs 2 pcs |
| melted butter 60 g |
| bay leaf 2 pcs |

| fresh chili pepper |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| curry |
| dried garlic |
Step 1
Boil the rice in salted water with curry.
Step 2
Boil the fish with the bay leaf for 5 minutes. Then peel off the skin and bones and cut into bite-size pieces.
Step 3
Fry the chopped onion and chili pepper in ghee. Add dried garlic, rice, chopped crab sticks and fish.
Step 4
Stir to combine. Season with pepper and serve with sliced eggs. Enjoy.
