Baked cauliflower with wild rice and zadziki sauce
| cauliflower steak (200 g each) 2 pieces |
| wild rice 150 g |
| boiling water 450 ml |
| olive oil 50 ml |
| salt to taste |
| lemon juice to taste |
| curry to taste |
| SAUCE: |
| Greek yogurt 150 g |
| lemon juice 15 ml |
| garlic 1 clove |
| fresh cucumber 100 g |
| TO TASTE: |
| mint |
| dill |
| salt |
| black pepper |
Step 1
For the sauce, chop the peeled cucumber, garlic and herbs. Combine with lemon juice, salt, black pepper and yogurt. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Soak the rice in cold water for 3 hours. Then pour boiling water, salt and cook for 40-45 minutes. Season with half of the butter.
Step 3
Combine the curry with the remaining oil, lemon juice, salt, mix and coat the cabbage steaks with this mixture.
Step 4
Bake at 210 degrees for 35 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with wild rice and zadziki sauce. Enjoy.
