Vienna-style cauliflower — baked with cheese in a flavorful spicy butter with a ring of smoked sausage.

corn flour 50 g |

Step 1
Boil the peeled cauliflower in salted water until tender. Let it cool completely, then stuff it tightly with cheese.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine the dried garlic, paprika, curry, black pepper, cornflour, chopped garlic and parsley, butter and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
For each serving, take two sheets of foil and fold them crosswise. Place a sausage ring in the center, put the cauliflower on it and coat it with the mixture of spices, flour and butter.
Step 4
Wrap the foil tightly and bake the cauliflower at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
