A dish for meat eaters — spicy and hearty green chili pork stew

Step 1
For the sauce, brush the sweet peppers and chilies with oil and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Step 2
Then peel off the skin and seeds, chop randomly and combine in a blender with chopped onion and garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar and broth. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Cut the meat into large chunks and fry in oil until browned.
Step 4
Pour over the sauce, add chopped herbs, salt and black pepper.

Stir and cook the stew at medium temperature under a lid for 45-55 minutes. Bon appetit!
