 
A hearty meal for real men — beef stew over dark beer.
| beef flesh 600 g | 
| onion 130 g | 
| carrots 100 g | 
| garlic 8 cloves | 
| dark beer 0,5 l | 
| canned red beans 400 g | 
| tomato paste 20 g | 
| vegetable oil 30 ml | 
| bay leaf 3 pcs | 
| TO TASTE: | 
| salt | 
| fresh chili pepper | 
| sugar | 
| black pepper | 
| dried ajika | 
| smoked paprika | 
Step 1
Cut beef into small pieces, fry in oil until browned.
Step 2
Chop the garlic, chili pepper, onion and carrots, add to the meat and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Then put in the ajika, tomato paste, sugar and smoked paprika. Fry for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add bay leaf, beer, salt and pepper. Stew the meat for an hour and a half.
Step 5
After the time is up, add the beans, stir and bring to a boil. Bon appetit!
