Beer-glazed pork ribs — the perfect dish for a bachelor party.

| vegetable oil 25 ml |
| dried ground garlic 1 tsp. |
| dried ground onion 1 tsp. |
| salt, pepper mixture to taste |
| GLAZURE: |
| dark beer 300 ml |
| sugar 120 g |
| ketchup 60 g |
| spicy mustard 20 g |
| chili sauce 30 g |
| dried garlic 1 tsp. |
| salt, black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Clean the ribs from the foil, place on foil, brush with vegetable oil.
Step 2
In a bowl mix dried garlic and onion, pepper mixture and salt.
Step 3
Rub the ribs with the mixture, wrap tightly in foil and bake for an hour and a half at 180 degrees.
Step 4
In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients for the glaze and boil a little.
Step 5
Coat the ribs liberally with the glaze and bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes or 7 minutes in convection mode. Bon appetit!
