Pork ribs in cherry-pomegranate glaze according to Andrei Dromov's home recipe

| MARINADE: |
| soy sauce 20 ml |
| vegetable oil 20 ml |
| liquid honey 20 ml |
| smoked paprika 10 g |
| dried garlic 10 g |
| coriander (ground) 5 g |
| salt to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
| GLAZURE: |
| cherry jam 150 g |
| pomegranate juice 50 ml |
| hot-sweet chili sauce 50 g |
| vegetable oil 10 ml |
| dried garlic 10 g |
| salt to taste |
Step 1
In separate bowls, mix together all ingredients for the glaze and for the marinade.
Step 2
Make diamond-shaped incisions on the ribs, brush liberally with the marinade and leave for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Grill the ribs until crisp, brush with the glaze, wrap in foil and bake, turning occasionally, for another 30 minutes.
Step 4
Then remove the foil, brush the ribs again with the glaze and grill until crusty. Bon appetit!
