Pork ribs in brandy-wine marinade with sweet and sour glaze
| pork ribs 1.5 kg |
| onions 100 g |
| garlic 3 cloves |
| red wine vinegar 2 tbsp. |
| brandy 40 ml |
| sugar 30 g |
| soy sauce 40 ml |
| olive oil 40 ml |
| rosemary 1/2 tsp. |
| thyme 1/2 tsp. |
| salt to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
| GLAZURE: |
| honey 60 g |
| soy sauce 25 ml |
| wine vinegar 20 ml |
Step 1
Mix chopped onion and garlic with olive oil, vinegar, brandy, sugar, salt, spices and soy sauce.
Step 2
Coat the cleaned ribs with the marinade, wrap them in foil and leave them for 2-3 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Then wrap the ribs in foil and bake at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours.
Step 4
Combine all the ingredients for the glaze, smear over the ribs and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Bon appetit.
