Flavorful chicken wings baked in a breading of spicy 12-spice mixture

| wheat flour 120 g |
| cornstarch 15 g |
| leavening agent 10 g |
| green onion 10 g |
| honey 60 g |
| butter 80 g |
| salt 3 tsp. |
| paprika 3 tbsp. |
| black pepper 1 tsp. |
| zira 1 tsp. |
| dried ginger 1 tsp. |
| onion 1 tsp. |
| garlic 1 tsp. |
| red pepper 1/2 tsp. |
| ground cardamom 1/2 tsp. |
| nutmeg 1/2 tsp. |
| ground cloves 1/4 tsp. |
| cinnamon 1/4 tsp. |
| allspice 1/4 tsp. |
Step 1
Cut the wings at the joints, remove the upper phalanges.
Step 2
Baste in salt and spice mixture.
Step 3
Mix the flour, starch and baking powder, combine with the breaded wings and mix.
Step 4
Place wings on a buttered baking tray and bake at 210 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Step 5
Melt the remaining butter with the honey and brush over the wings.
Step 6
Then sprinkle with chopped green onions. Enjoy.
