Korean grilled chicken wings in spicy glaze

| grated ginger root 25 g |
| soy sauce 30 ml |
| sesame oil 15 ml |

| ketchup 60 g |
| chili sauce 30 g |
| honey 30 g |
| juice of 1/2 lime |
| soy sauce 20 ml |
| sesame seeds 5 g |
Step 1
Prepare the marinade. Mix the ginger, sesame oil and soy sauce. Pour the marinade over the wings and leave for 2 hours.
Step 2
For the glaze, combine all the ingredients and mix.
Step 3
Grill the wings until cooked through, turning occasionally and brushing with the marinade. Brush with glaze and bake slightly before removing. Enjoy.
