Chicken wings braised in spicy peanut sauce with rice

| boiled rice 400 g |
| Grated ginger root 2 tsp. |
| garlic 4 cloves |
| roasted peanuts 20 g |
| vegetable oil 30 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| fresh chili pepper |

| PEANUT SAUCE: |
| classic peanut paste 120 g |
| cream (15%) 100 ml |
| soy sauce 30 ml |
| apple cider vinegar 30 ml |
Step 1
Cut the wings at the joints, add ginger, squeeze garlic, salt and pepper. Fry in vegetable oil until browned.
Step 2
Mix soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, peanut paste and cream. Pour the mixture over the wings and braise for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Serve with rice, chopped herbs, chili peppers and peanuts. Enjoy.
