Ingredients


chicken wings 8 pcs
vegetable oil 60 g
soy sauce 50 g
curry 3 g
ground black pepper 1 g
salt to taste
carrots 2 pcs
celery 2 stalks
SOUCE:
honey 1 tbsp.
salt to taste
mustard (not spicy) 1 tbsp.
mayonnaise 100 g
paprika 1 tbsp.
garlic 1 clove
powdered sugar 1 tsp.

Instructions


Step 1

Prepare the marinade. Mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, black pepper, salt and curry.

Step 2

Cut the wings in half, put them in the marinade, mix well and leave to marinate for 40 minutes.

Step 3

After this time, place the wings on the grill, pour the remaining marinade over them and grill until cooked through.

Step 4

Cut the celery stalks in half, cut the carrots lengthwise into two pieces. Salt, pepper, pour vegetable oil and mix well. Then grill the vegetables on the grill.

Step 5

Prepare the sauce. Mix mayonnaise with paprika, powdered sugar, honey, mustard, salt and chopped garlic.
