Tender, juicy and flavorful chicken wings boiled and baked in spicy sauce

Step 1
Prepare the sauce. Combine the soy sauce, wine, honey, broth, lime zest and juice, chopped garlic, ginger, chili pepper and onion in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Put the wings cut into phalanges into the sauce, cover and simmer at medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Then transfer the wings to a baking dish, pour the kissed sauce and bake at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
