A dish that will first shock and then turn the head of many men with delight - chicken wings stuffed with... pork!
| chicken wings (with 3 phalanges) 6 pieces |
| egg noodles 150 g |
| eggs 2 pcs |
| wheat flour 50 g |
| vegetable oil 0,5 l |
| pork flesh 100 g |
| green onion 5 g |
| cilantro 5 g |
| garlic 1 clove |
| cornstarch 10 g |
| soy sauce 15 ml |
| dried ginger 1/2 tsp. |
| sugar 1 pinch |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| fresh chili pepper |
Step 1
Strip the first and second phalanges of the wings of bone and meat, leaving the empty skin on the third phalanx.
Step 2
Chop and combine the pork and chicken meat, garlic, green onion, cilantro, chili pepper, salt, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, dried ginger, black pepper in a bowl and mix well.
Step 3
Stuff the skin with the stuffing and secure the edges with toothpicks.
Step 4
Grind the egg noodles in a blender until floury.
Step 5
Dip the stuffed wings first in wheat flour, then in egg, then in the beaten egg noodles and deep-fry until cooked.
Step 6
Remove the toothpicks and serve the wings with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
