German pie Krümelkuchen with streusel (pastry crumbs)

| butter 2 tbsp. |
| FOR STRAISEL: |
| flour 150 g |
| cocoa powder 2 tbsp. |
| sugar 100 g |
| butter margarine 100 g |
Step 1
Prepare the batter. Whisk margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg white until stiff and frothy. Stir in the sifted flour.
Step 2
Spread the resulting mixture in a thin layer on the prepared baking tray, evenly spread the heated butter over the surface with streusel prepared from the remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Bake over medium heat until ready.
