 
Turkey pate with mushrooms and subtle notes of cinnamon and cloves
| turkey thigh stuffing 250 g | 
| mushrooms 250 g | 
| bacon 80 g | 
| onions 100 g | 
| garlic 3 cloves | 
| egg 1 egg | 
| brandy 30 ml | 
| cream (20%) 40 ml | 
| breadcrumbs 40 g | 
| butter 15 g | 
| TO TASTE: | 
| cinnamon | 
| cloves | 
| salt | 
| black pepper | 
Step 1
Combine chopped garlic, onion, bacon and mushrooms in a blender. Add salt, pepper, cinnamon and cloves and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Then fry the mixture in a dry pan. Add the minced meat, breadcrumbs, egg, cream, brandy, salt and pepper and mix.
Step 3
Grease a mold with oil, transfer the mixture into it and bake at 160 degrees for 1 hour.
Step 4
Then let the pâté cool down. If desired, serve with mustard and citrus jam. Enjoy.
