Tender, melt-in-your-mouth mushroom pate with cheese and wine notes, which we will serve on slices of baguette, prepared by our own hands
| mushrooms 400 g |
| onions 70 g |
| white dry wine 60 g |
| butter 50 g |
| vegetable oil 25 g |
| melted cheese 180 g |
| thyme (dried) pinch |
| salt, pepper to taste |
Step 1
In a saucepan over butter, fry the chopped onion and thyme.
Step 2
Fry the coarsely chopped mushrooms in an oiled frying pan until browned, then transfer them to the pan.
Step 3
Add the wine, salt and pepper and simmer under a lid for 10 minutes.
Step 4
After 10 minutes, add the melted cheese and beat everything with a blender until smooth.
Step 5
If desired, serve the pâté on baguette slices and garnish with slices of fresh mushrooms.
