 
Spicy, savory lean ginger and celery pâté
| celery root 300 g | 
| ginger root 40 g | 
| onion 50 g | 
| lemon 1 pc | 
| honey 1 tbsp. | 
| garlic 3 cloves | 
| vegetable oil 40 g | 
| curry pinch | 
| rosemary a pinch | 
| salt and pepper to taste | 
Step 1
Place whole garlic cloves, coarsely chopped onion, celery and ginger in a baking dish.
Step 2
Sprinkle with rosemary, curry, salt, pepper, drizzle with oil and add lemon zest.
Step 3
Cover the mold with foil and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Step 4
10 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the foil so that all the ingredients are browned.
Step 5
Then, transfer them to a blender bowl, add honey, juice of half a lemon and beat everything to a homogeneous mass.
Step 6
If desired, serve the pâté with rye bread and lemon.
