Pate of baked vegetables and cream cheese with sunflower seeds
| sweet pepper 300 g |
| carrots 160 g |
| onions 160 g |
| garlic 6 cloves |
| cream cheese 100 g |
| peeled roasted seeds 20 g |
| olive oil 40 ml |
| smoked paprika 1 tsp. |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| sugar |
| black pepper |
| Provencal herbs |
Step 1
Combine the randomly chopped vegetables in a bowl, season with salt, sugar, black pepper, provan herbs and olive oil.
Step 2
Stir, place on a baking tray and bake at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Then allow to cool.
Step 3
Peel the peppers from the skin, combine in the bowl of a blender with the rest of the vegetables and paprika. Blend until smooth. Then add the cream cheese and blend again.
Step 4
If desired, serve the pâté on toasted baguette slices, sprinkled with seeds. Enjoy.
