salted lard 250 g |
garlic 2 heads |
fresh thyme 5 g |
sugar 10 g |
balsamic 15 ml |
olive oil 20 ml |
salt, black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Season the peeled garlic with thyme, sugar, olive oil, balsamic, salt and bake under foil at 190 C for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
