Tender and flavorful lard spread with roasted garlic, thyme and balsamic

Ingredients


salted lard 250 g
garlic 2 heads
fresh thyme 5 g
sugar 10 g
balsamic 15 ml
olive oil 20 ml
salt, black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Season the peeled garlic with thyme, sugar, olive oil, balsamic, salt and bake under foil at 190 C for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Then grind with a meat grinder together with the lard. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Bon appetit!
