Tender and juicy bacon-wrapped beef medallions with grilled asparagus
| beef fillet 400 g |
| bacon 6 strips |
| asparagus 8 pieces |
| vegetable oil 4 tbsp. |
| salt to taste |
| ground black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Cut the beef fillet into 6 medallions. Then wrap each piece in bacon. Season with salt, pepper, drizzle with vegetable oil and grill on both sides until cooked through (about 12 minutes).
Step 2
Salt and pepper the asparagus, drizzle with oil and grill until cooked through. Bon appetit!
