River trout in spicy yogurt marinade with ginger-garlic notes

| classic drinking yogurt 250 g |
| grated ginger root 20 g |
| garlic 4 cloves |
| olive oil 40 ml |
| cilantro 20 g |
| chili pepper 1 pc |
| red onion 40 g |
| lemon zest 1 tsp. |
| TO TASTE: |

| black pepper |
| red pepper |

Step 1
For the marinade, mix the crushed garlic, yogurt, olive oil, zest, ginger, salt and spices in a bowl.
Step 2
Marinate the fish for 30 minutes, then grill using the grill rack until cooked through.
Step 3
Serve with chopped red onions, chili peppers and cilantro. Enjoy.
