Crispy potato omelette with salty trout and cream cheese

| potatoes 300 g |
| onions 30 g |
| butter 40 g |
| salted trout 100 g |
| cream cheese 80 g |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| paprika |
| dried garlic |
Step 1
Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, onions on a fine grater. Add egg, salt, spices and mix.
Step 2
Place the mixture in a heated pan with oil and fry until browned on both sides.
Step 3
Serve the omelet with trout slices and cream cheese. Top with tomatoes and lettuce leaves, if desired. Enjoy!
