Spanish Omelet Tortilla

Spanish tortilla omelet with mushrooms

Ingredients


potatoes 3 pcs
eggs 4 pcs
garlic 2 cloves
mushrooms 150 g
onions 1 pc
sweet pepper 1 pc
hard cheese 200 g
olive oil 5 tbsp.
herbs 20 g
salt, pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Cut onions, potatoes and bell peppers into medium dice.

Step 2

Cut the mushrooms into halves or quarters (depending on their size), fry in a hot, oiled frying pan and transfer to a bowl.

Step 3

Pour more oil into the pan and fry the potatoes until half cooked.

Step 4

Then add onions and bell peppers and fry until all ingredients are cooked.

Step 5

Add chopped garlic, fried mushrooms, salt, pepper and mix.

Step 6

Sprinkle all the chopped herbs, pour the beaten eggs and spread the grated cheese evenly over the entire surface.

Step 7

Cover the skillet with a lid and cook the tortilla at minimum temperature for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy.
