Omelet with fiber and fitness sausages

The perfect breakfast omelet with fiber, veggies and rabbit fitness sausage

Ingredients


fitness rabbit sausage (or other) 6 pieces
oat bran fiber (or other) 2 tbsp.
eggs 4 pcs
proteins 4 pcs
cottage cheese (non-fat) 2 tbsp.
milk (skimmed) 60 g
spinach leaves 50 g
sweet pepper 1 pc
salt to taste
red hot pepper to taste
garlic 1 clove
olive oil 3 tbsp.
cherry tomatoes (or regular tomatoes) 60 g
herbs (to serve)

Instructions


Step 1

Slice the garlic into thin slices and sauté in olive oil.

Step 2

Then add the diced bell peppers and the sausage rings. Saute together for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Then add cherry tomatoes cut in half and chopped spinach leaves. Stir.

Step 4

Combine the eggs with the whites, pour in the milk, add the red hot pepper, salt and beat lightly with a fork. Then add the cottage cheese, fiber, stir and pour this mixture into the pan.

Step 5

Cook the omelet under a closed lid on low temperature for 10-12 minutes. Serve with greens.
