The perfect breakfast omelet with fiber, veggies and rabbit fitness sausage

milk (skimmed) 60 g |
spinach leaves 50 g |

red hot pepper to taste |

cherry tomatoes (or regular tomatoes) 60 g |

Step 1
Slice the garlic into thin slices and sauté in olive oil.
Step 2
Then add the diced bell peppers and the sausage rings. Saute together for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Then add cherry tomatoes cut in half and chopped spinach leaves. Stir.
Step 4
Combine the eggs with the whites, pour in the milk, add the red hot pepper, salt and beat lightly with a fork. Then add the cottage cheese, fiber, stir and pour this mixture into the pan.
Step 5
Cook the omelet under a closed lid on low temperature for 10-12 minutes. Serve with greens.
