| onion juice 80 ml |
| soy sauce 30 ml |
| olive oil 30 ml |

Step 1
For the marinade, mix the onion juice, ajika, soy sauce, olive oil, salt and spices in a bowl.
Step 2
Cut the carp fillets into small pieces and marinate for 20 minutes.
