Ingredients


carp fillet (skinned) 800 g
adjika 3-4 tsp.
onion juice 80 ml
soy sauce 30 ml
olive oil 30 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
fish seasoning

Instructions


Step 1

For the marinade, mix the onion juice, ajika, soy sauce, olive oil, salt and spices in a bowl.

Step 2

Cut the carp fillets into small pieces and marinate for 20 minutes.

Step 3
