For dinner - white fish fillet in creamy garlic sauce with mashed potatoes and celery

cornstarch 10 g |
zest of 1/2 lemon |

GARNIRE: |
potatoes 300 g |
celery root 250 g |
cream (30%) 50 ml |
butter 30 g |
salt to taste |
black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Mix sugar, salt, black pepper and fish seasoning. Dip the fish in the mixture and coat in flour. Fry in oil until browned.
Step 2
Heat the cream and milk, add the chopped garlic, dill, starch, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Stir and bring to the boil.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the fish and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 4
Boil the sliced celery and potatoes until tender in salted water, then mash them. Add cream, butter, black pepper and beat with a mixer.
Step 5
Serve the fish with mashed potatoes and celery. Enjoy.
