Fish fillet in honey-orange sauce

For dinner, a tender white fish fillet in a honey-orange sauce

Ingredients


white fish fillets (250 g each) 2 pieces
orange juice 250 ml
honey 30 g
olive oil 20 ml
lemon 1/2 pcs
TO TASTE:
salt
white pepper
dried dill
dried garlic

Instructions


Step 1

Combine the orange juice, honey, dried dill and garlic, salt and thinly sliced lemon in a saucepan. Place the mixture on the stove and reduce by half.

Step 2

Pour oil into a baking dish. Put the fish in it, salt and pour the resulting honey-orange sauce. Bake at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Step 3

Pour the finished fish with honey-orange sauce and serve. Bon appetit!
