Mussel meat baked in Mornay sauce
| cleaned mussels 300 g |
| zucchini 100 g |
| onion 100 g |
| garlic 2 cloves |
| vegetable oil 20 ml |
| salt to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
| fish spices to taste |
| MORNEY SOUCE: |
| butter 50 g |
| wheat flour 50 g |
| milk 200 ml |
| hard cheese 90 g |
| yolks 2 pcs |
| chicken broth 100 ml |
| salt to taste |
| nutmeg to taste |
Step 1
Sauté the flour in the butter. Add the stock, milk, grated cheese and yolks. Cook the sauce until it thickens. Season with salt and nutmeg.
Step 2
Sauté the chopped onion and garlic in the vegetable oil. Add the diced zucchini and stir-fry briefly.
Step 3
Remove the pan from the stove, add the mussels, season with fish spices, salt and pepper. Stir!
Step 4
Place the mussels with vegetables in serving molds and pour the sauce over them. Bake at 180° for 12-15 minutes. Bon appetit!
