Step 1
Cut the peeled cucumber, sweet pepper and crab sticks into slices. Tear the lettuce with your hands. Strain the mussels from the oil. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add salt and pepper.
Step 2
Prepare the dressing. Mix honey and mustard. Then, stirring constantly with a whisk, pour in a thin stream of olive oil. Add soy sauce, lime juice, pepper and stir. Dress the salad and serve.
