Light salad with crab sticks and refreshing citrus notes

pomelo pulp 140 g |
pickled ginger 30 g |
DRESSING: |
lemon 1/2 pc |
honey 25 g |
soy sauce 25 ml |
olive oil 40 ml |
salt, pepper to taste |
Step 1
Prepare the dressing. Mix lemon juice and honey in a bowl. Pour in the oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper and mix well.
Step 2
Prepare the salad. Cut peppers, ginger and crab sticks into slices, mix with peeled pomelo slices and salad mix, pour the dressing. Enjoy!
Instead of pomelo, you can use grapefruit, orange or switi.
