Steak salad with mushrooms, sweet peppers and vinaigrette sauce that takes 15 minutes to prepare.

| oyster mushrooms 250 g |
| sweet pepper 1 pc |
| olive oil 35 ml |
| salt, black pepper to taste |
| VINEGRET SAUCE: |
| wine vinegar 25 ml |
| grainy mustard 15 g |
| olive oil 35 ml |
| parsley 10 g |
| salt, sugar to taste |
Step 1
Slice the oyster mushrooms and fry in olive oil until tender.
Step 2
Salt, pepper, brush with olive oil and fry in a dry frying pan until crispy on all sides. Afterwards, let the meat rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare the vinaigrette sauce. Combine the vinegar, mustard, salt, sugar and, stirring with a whisk, pour in the olive oil. Add the chopped parsley and stir to combine.
Step 4
Slice the steak and sweet peppers. Add the oyster mushrooms and dress the salad with the dressing. Enjoy.
