Hot cheese appetizer with crab sticks and sweet peppers
crab sticks 150 g |
cream cheese 100 g |
hard cheese 150 g |
sweet pepper 100 g |
garlic 1 clove |
mayonnaise 50 g |
sour cream 50 g |
green onion 20 g |
salt, black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Chop and combine the peppers, onion, garlic and crab sticks. Add one third of the grated hard cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Stir and spread the mixture into ceramic molds. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 3
Bake at 175°C for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
