Recipe for a Moldavian appetizer made of cod liver, grainy cottage cheese and walnuts. Surprise your guests with an unusual appetizer. It is prepared in a few minutes.
Cottage cheese 200 g |
Cod liver 200 g |
Lettuce leaves 4 pcs |
Walnuts 100 g |
Step 1
Drain the oil from the can of cod liver.
Step 2
Drain the cream from the cottage cheese.
Step 3
Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them.
Step 4
Chop the walnuts in a blender or with a knife.
Step 5
Mix the cod liver and cottage cheese in a bowl.
Step 6
Wet your hands and make small balls out of the mixture. Roll the balls in the chopped walnuts.
Step 7
Arrange the salad leaves on a large platter, place the balls on them, cool slightly and serve.
