Appetizing penne pasta with marinara sauce and four kinds of cheese

brie cheese 60 g |
blue cheese 40 g |
garlic 2 cloves |

Step 1
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Step 2
Sauté the garlic in olive oil. Add the pelati tomatoes, salt, sugar and spices, stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Then add the brie, mozzarella and blue cheese slices. When the cheeses are melted, put the pasta in the sauce, stir and sprinkle with parmesan. Enjoy.
