Appetizing penne pasta with marinara sauce and four kinds of cheese

| chopped pelati tomatoes 300 g |
| parmesan crumbs 80 g |
| soft mozzarella 80 g |
| brie cheese 60 g |
| blue cheese 40 g |
| garlic 2 cloves |
| olive oil 30 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| sugar |
| black pepper |
| oregano |
| dried ground onion |

Step 1
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Step 2
Sauté the garlic in olive oil. Add the pelati tomatoes, salt, sugar and spices, stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Then add the brie, mozzarella and blue cheese slices. When the cheeses are melted, put the pasta in the sauce, stir and sprinkle with parmesan. Enjoy.
