Step 1
Fry the chopped onion, garlic and mushrooms in oil.
Step 2
Put in the spinach and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Then add the pelati tomatoes, stock, pasta, salt and spices.
Step 4
Stir. If you are cooking in a pan that cannot be put in the oven, put everything in a mold.
Step 5
Place mozzarella slices on top and bake the pasta at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Bon appetit!
