Simple yet sophisticated orzo pasta with roasted cherry tomatoes and feta
| orzo pasta 120 g |
| cherry tomatoes 300 g |
| feta cheese 100 g |
| olive oil 60 ml |
| honey 20 g |
| balsamic 20 ml |
| lemon juice 20 ml |
| green onion (feathers) 10 g |
| dill 10 g |
| basil leaves 10 g |
| parsley 10 g |
| powdered sugar 1.5 tsp. |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| thyme |
| dried ground garlic |
| red pepper |
Step 1
Mix half of the olive oil, vinegar, thyme, dried garlic, powdered sugar, salt and black pepper.
Step 2
Bathe the tomatoes in this mixture, transfer them to a mold and bake for 20 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius.
Step 3
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain in a colander.
Step 4
Mix the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, red and black pepper.
Step 5
Fold the pasta and chopped herbs into the mixture and stir.
Step 6
Serve with roasted tomatoes and feta. Enjoy.
