Bright, couch-lifting pasta with meatballs
| turkey thigh stuffing 400 g |
| tagliatelle pasta 250 g |
| egg yolk 1 pc |
| cream cheese 30 g |
| tomato (large) 1 pc |
| water 0,5 l |
| mozzarella cheese 100 g |
| cream (20%) 300 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| fresh basil |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| dried garlic |
| dried onion |
| nutmeg |
| oregano |
Step 1
Combine the water, cream and nutmeg in a pan. Bring the mixture to the boil and put the pasta into it.
Step 2
Mix the egg yolk, minced meat, cream cheese, salt, black pepper, dried onion and garlic and beat a little.
Step 3
Form meatballs and place them in nests of pasta. Add the finely diced tomato. Season with salt and oregano. Cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Then sprinkle with grated cheese and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Serve with fresh basil! Enjoy!
